If I have to use one sentence to describe the high-speed dissolver, it is that its structure is very simple, its application is very wide, and its price is very economical.

Why?

1. The structure of the high speed dissolver is very simple, mainly including the lifting system, dispersing system, support frame and control system.

2. Although the structure of the disperser is simple, it greatly improves the production efficiency of powder-liquid mixing and saves the time of manual mixing. Why?
(1) Because the most critical part of the dispersing machine is the dispersing system, the sawtooth-shaped dispersing disc on the shaft driven by the motor or variable frequency motor rotates at high speed (about 0-1500 rpm), and the rotation of the saw-tooth-shaped dispersing disc promotes the rolling of the material. It also generates a large vortex, which can quickly mix the powder with the liquid.

(2) Taking the production of paint/coating as an example, the high-speed dissolver/disperser is the first step. Through the action of the dispersing disc, the pigments and fillers are mixed evenly, and the pigments are initially crushed under the action of mechanical force. In addition, the second step of paint production is usually a sand mill. If color matching is required, a third step is required, that is, use a high-speed disperser to perform color matching at medium and low speeds (some manufacturers may replace the dispersing disc with low-speed agitator), and finally filtered through a bag filter, weighed, filled, sealed and labeled. Since the fineness of raw materials for paints and paints is already very good, for some paints and coatings such as exterior wall paints, steel structure paints, etc., sand mill grinding can be omitted, and only high-speed dissolver/dispersing machines are used for production.

 

(3) In any case, due to the widespread existence of solid-liquid mixing in daily industrial production, such a dissolver with a simple structure is widely used. The engineer adjusts the structure and makes it smaller. Then it will become a portable dispersing machine. In terms of function, it can be applied to more viscous materials with scraping the wall and bottom, and the application range is wider. With the vacuum system, it can be used to eliminate air bubbles in the mixing. The application of two or three agitators,it can meet the processing capacity of larger specifications and get better mixing effect.
